Water Resource

Remote sensing and GIS have proved to be a useful tool for designing, developing, implementing and monitoring the water resources of the entire state in in an integrated manner. Mapping of various water resources can be done from remotely sensed satellite imageries, which can be integrated with collateral data in GIS environment, and water resource action plans for better management of the water resources can be prepared. Several projects have been undertaken by BISAG in the realm of water resources.
